CASH OR GOOD CHECKS ACCEPTED

Payments may be made with Cash or Good Check. To pay with check, you will be asked to provide the registration/cashier with a valid driver's license or current state issued photo ID. If these forms of ID are not available, you will have to pay CASH for your auction items. You must also provide your current telephone number if it is not printed on your check.

10% BUYER'S FEE ONSITE SALES

Belle City Auctions charges a 10% Buyer's Fee on the final selling price of all items sold onsite.

15% BUYER'S FEE FOR PROXIBID.com SALES

You can bid and shop from the comfort of your home! There is a 15% buyers fee that is charged for internet sales, plus all shipping/handling, insurance charges. We normally charge $2.00 over actual cost of shipping your item(s) to you, PER PACKAGE, especially if you win a number of larger lots that must be packed in separate containers. Otherwise we do combine shipping costs for the smaller items and you will only be charged the $2.00 over actual shipping cost for the one package. Insurance is required for all online purchases, no matter how small, and you will be charged for that. We use your credit card that is on file with Proxibid.com to charge your purchases. You will receive your invoice from us - possibly 2 - the first will have your winnings only, the 2nd will be sent when we have your order packed and ready to ship out. It will contain the final total for you that's charged to your credit card.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

SALES TAX EXEMPT STATUS

To apply for sales tax exempt status, you must bring your Sales for Resale Certificate and show it to the registration clerk.
